Troubles with Updates

Hello. So my word (version 16.78.3; on mac) tells me that 1) I have to update the app and 2) that there are updates available, but 3) gives no way to actually run an update. The same applies to Powerpoint and Excel. My question is therefore, after spending several hours trying to figure it out: Why do you just tell people that they should switch to the subscription model that you're trying to push through this way. Why instead do you let people assume that there are some other troubles with running an update? Just tell people they have to switch now and subscribe, or instead use an office version that is not updated.

Hi,

Did you use the Office 2021 for Mac?

I suggest that you can update it individually, you can find the version that needs to be updated from this article:

Hope the information is helpful.
