I have a problem with my WS2012, i'm trying to do a GPO to change the taskbar but when i go to "start menu and taskbar" i don't have some option like "start screen layout", so i don't know how to fix this.

I installed WS2022 on a VM and I have the option in there but not on my WS2012 server.

    Hello Ikai In

Windows Server 2012 provides a more limited set of customization options compared to Windows Server 2022.

These specific GPO settings for customizing the Start Screen layout are not available in Windows Server 2012 by default, because this feature is primarily designed for client operating systems like Windows 8 and later.

On the other hand, Windows Server 2022, being a more recent release, might have adopted some newer GPO settings from its corresponding client OS version (Windows 10), which is why you're seeing those options there.
