Azure Access Review: Option to select all groups instead of individually?

Is there a way to apply a guest access review to every group, that is a Teams in an organization automatically instead of manually? I have over 1,000 groups and having to select them individually is a pain.

    Afaik no, but you can automate the process by using Graph API or this "wrapper" PowerShell script: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/azure-active-directory-identity/example-how-to-create-azure-ad-access-reviews-using-microsoft/m-p/807241
