How to disable/remove the Personal/consumer Teams desktop app on all windows 11 devices by using Intune policy? As I have already deployed a policy but its not working at all as expected.

I have deployed the policy from the given link but seems its not removing or hiding the Consumer Teams app on Windows 11 devices via Intune at all.
I have referred below link and deployed first and second options but its not working as expected

To narrow down the problem, please do some checks below.
1.Please check the policy status in Intune portal.
2.Please check if there existed some related error message in Event Viewer.
Location: Event Viewer > Applications and Services logs > Microsoft > Windows > DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostics-Provider > Admin.

I can see the policy was successfully applied on the devices but still seems Consumer Teams app/chat is not disabled or removed from the devices. What else I can do to disable/remove it as this seems very confusing to end users and not the right app/solution on Windows 11 devices across fleet.
