Install a Word/Excel add in from vendor to work in AVD environment

Question

We recently moved to an AVD environment and one of the programs we use when installed automatically installs an add in to Word and Excel, along with Macros that the program uses. It is a Thompson Rueters product. Since moving to the AVD environment we can not get that add in to install. Any ideas?

I reached out to the AVD team and it appears that these may be trying to install 32-bit add-ins. If you are using Microsoft 365 Apps by default, they are 64-bit.
