Dear Azure Support Team, I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding an issue I encountered with my recently created student account on Azure. Upon signing up using my university email, the account creation process was successful. However, I am facing a discrepancy regarding the status of my subscription. While the portal indicates that my student subscription is active and includes a $100 credit, I am unable to proceed further as the dashboard prompts me to choose a subscription, suggesting that none are available. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter promptly, as I am eager to utilize Azure services for my educational endeavors.     My students at the university, they say sometimes they face the same situation, they say that the issue get resolved within a few hours or within 24 hours.

    I am facing the same issue as the portal shows that my REMAINING is 100 USD which is 100% of the balance as well as the account is still active, but in the subscription tab it show no subscriptions.
