Question

Sysprep help needed

I am trying to sysprep a laptop and have done so successfully with this model in the past but it is not working. I just upgraded this to version 20H2. The error is below. Any help would be appreciated.

Sysprep has an issue if some of existing Store Apps are updated. I think that happened when you upgraded the system to 20H2.

remove-appxpackage -allusers InputApp_1000.18362.449.0_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy

I have tried all suggestions here and I am still getting an error running sysprep. Here is the new log. Thanks for your help.

I successfully removed that app and another one and on third try I get an error

Package Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_1.13.0.18362_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy was installed for a user, but not provisioned for all users. This package will not function properly in the sysprep image.

I ran remove-appxpackage -allusersMicrosoft.Windows.Cortana_1.13.0.18362_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy

I am now getting what looks like a permissions error:
