You may use SleepStudy to find and fix components that cause unexpected battery drain. As explained in the doc, each SleepStudy report concludes with information about the system battery configuration. The battery size and design capacity are particularly important for SleepStudy because they are taken into account when estimating modern standby battery life.
And Windows Performance Analyzer plays second-level triage tool for Modern Standby issues that cannot be resolved by using SleepStudy.
