Project license

Question

Hi All I am using Project Plan 3 license. i want to revoke users licenses who have not logged in/used project with in last 2 months. when i check the usage activity from the below url, i dont get license information i.e it is assigned to user or not. i have 10,000 users and my project license is of 250. where as in visio i see the license information. https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home#/reportsUsage/ProjectActivity

First, use power shell Exporting all Users with project licenses to CSV, then find the inactive account through How To: Manage inactive user accounts, and finally cross-summarize the two results to get the results you want. For your reference:
