DaaS WebJob Status in App Service Kudu Portal

My app service's auto heal history shows that it is encountering a failure i.e.
"Auto-Heal tried invoking DaasConsole but encountered a failure because it failed to find the file D:\home\data\DaaS\bin\DaasConsole.exe."
So I navigated to kudu i.e. https://*.scm.azurewebsites.net for my app service and found D:\home\data\DaaS\bin\DaasConsole.exe. does exist.
So then in KUDU I went to Tools > Webjobs Dashboard and found the status of "DaaS WebJob" is "STOPPED". Is this stopped to be stopped or should it be running?
