Azure Exam Problem

please help me i am facing errors during exam i can tell the protector jasphere, they can saying you can restart your PC and login again and start the process, as per instruction of protector i can restart the pc, the can show nothing please resolve my geniue problem and start my exam as soon as possible i am waiting your kind response please help me.

    My exam was at 10:30 am, and I haven't recieved any link. Nothing is there in my dashboard also. what should I do now?
