Cannot connect Database Engine on SSMS with Microsoft ID

Dear sir, I'm trying to move MS Access Dababase to Azure SQL server and set applied subscription for Azure SQL server. After applying subscription, I tried to connect Azure Database Engine through SSMS with Microsoft ID which is shown on Active Directory on Azure... But failed to connect. Do I need further setting or subscription?

My best guess from what you have mentioned above is that you are using SSMS to connect to an Azure SQL Database. Not sure what error message you are getting since you haven't shared it. But I would suggest checking the below.

Firewall Rules. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-sql/database/firewall-configure?view=azuresql

verify that you have access. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/role-based-access-control/built-in-roles https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-sql/database/logins-create-manage?view=azuresql
