Unable to receive Code to login into Azure Portal

Hi, I am trying to login my Azure Portal but unable to receive code and my app service hosted in azure. App service name is https://iconsoftwares.azurewebsites.net/ and domain name is https://icon-software.co.uk/ The Email i am using for azure portal login is sriranjan@icon-software.co.uk. Please let me know how to resolve the issue

    You can 2 ways to troubleshoot the issue:

    • Double-check that you're entering the correct email address associated with your Azure account (sriranjan@icon-software.co.uk) when requesting the verification code. Ensure there are no typos or extra spaces in the email address. Check your spam folder for the verification code email.
    • Lastly, if you have a phone number associated with your Azure account, try receiving the verification code via SMS instead of email. You can also try using the Microsoft Authenticator app for two-factor authentication, which doesn't rely on email or SMS.
