You can 2 ways to troubleshoot the issue:
- Double-check that you're entering the correct email address associated with your Azure account (sriranjan@icon-software.co.uk) when requesting the verification code. Ensure there are no typos or extra spaces in the email address. Check your spam folder for the verification code email.
- Lastly, if you have a phone number associated with your Azure account, try receiving the verification code via SMS instead of email. You can also try using the Microsoft Authenticator app for two-factor authentication, which doesn't rely on email or SMS.
