Hi, I am running System Service Manager 2022(SQL 2017) and System Center Orchestrator 2022(SQL 2022). The both server are running with Windows 2022 Server. The Service Connector does not wok from system service 2022 with URL http://srv-sco:82/ Does work the connector for Orchestrator 2022? Is there any new Connector? Regards

Hi @ PerserPolis-1732 , the SCORCH Connector of SCSM 2022 doesn't work with SCORCH 2022 WebService. The workaround is to install the SCORCH 2019 WebService parallel and connect SCSM 2022 SCORCH Connector to the SCORCH 2019 WebService. This is a supported scenario until the issue with the SCORCH 2022 WebService is fixed. The workaround is to install the SCORCH 2019 WebService parallel and connect SCSM 2022 SCORCH Connector to the SCORCH 2019 WebService.

Hi, I am not sure, shoudl I wait for the new Connector? Tell me please how to install it? Is that SCORCH 2019 File "SCO2019_WebConsole_v10.19.350.0-1"? If yes, is that the command libe for installation in PS "Setup.exe /components:webapi,webconsole"

Install just the Web Service.

Enter the same service account for the Web Service you used for the SCORCH 2022 installation.

Use the existing database from SCORCH 2022 installation.

Choose a different Port for the SCORCH 2019 Web Service installation (not the same Port of the SOCRCH 2022 Web Service). Both Web services should/could run parallel.

Hi, witch permissions should have the service account? Because if I try to create a connector from SCSM with my user service account (only domain user, but has local admin right), is failing. If I put the Administrator account, it is working Is there anyway to install SCORCH 2022 Manager on Windows 10 Client?

Hi @PerserPolis-1732 ,

the easiest way is to use the SCORCH service account for the SCSM SCORCH connector. This user should have all required permissions. I haven't found any detailed list of required permissions for the SCSM SCORCH connector.

It's possible to install the SCORCH Runbook Designer on Windows 10.

Choose Standalone installations -> Runbook Designer in the setup wizard.
