Hello I have a problem loging into my MS 365 acc. I have rejected ones my previous loging via authenticator (by accident)
and since that moment I cannot verify. When I try to log in my office 365 sends message that request was rejected by app. When I try different 2FA method - text msg via phone number I got a message "sorry we have problems with account verification, try again" of course trying again yeilds same result.

right now I was able to log in and write this post on my co-worker's device.

I deleted authenticator and installed it again. Did not help.
any suggestions?

someone please help....I'm having the same exact issue and need Outlook for my job! I had to sign into this using my school Outlook account. I need to be able to access my work emails from home & on my phone. It's so frustrating being able to access the account on different devices such as my computer AT work but not on my personal laptop at home or on on my cellphone.
