Why can't I add my application to my organisation?

Why can't I add my application to my organisation?
Usually under the fat "TPP-ngrok" title at the top, there should be an +Add Button.
Is this Feature disabled? If so, when will it be available again

It is not a feature disabled, It happens due to the below reasons:

3)Technical Issues: There could be technical issues with the platform preventing the addition of applications. These issues might be temporary and resolved soon.

4)Policy Changes: Your organization might have implemented new policies or procedures regarding the addition of applications, which could affect your ability to add them.
