Do you mean that you removed the manager's calendar in Calendar view of Outlook client, right?
If so, how did the manager share the calendar with you or how did you open the shared calendar before?
You can try to re-add the manager's calendar to your Outlook:
- If the manager gives the permission to you to access his calendar, you can try to open it from Address Book.
- If he sent the shared calendar email to you, you can find the email and open it from the email.
