Hello,
We have a unique situation with one of the user.
User noticed something interesting in her Outlook profile today. When creating a Teams Meeting, two options exist with identical account addresses/options.
User didn't notice this until she recently accepted a guest invitation to an external Azure tenant outside their home tenant. However, there are other users who are guests in the same external Azure tenant as this user and they don't have this issue.

Has this been fixed? We have the exact same issue post migration
Hi @muhi-entra According to our research, it sounds like you have two Teams accounts with the same email address, but in different tenants or organizations. This can happen if you are invited as a guest to another tenant, or if you have multiple work or school accounts. To create a Teams meeting in Outlook, you need to select the account that matches the tenant you want to use. Otherwise, the meeting link will be generated for the wrong tenant, and you may not be able to join or invite others.
