I was wondering which version of Outlook you are currently using. Is this issue only affecting certain users? Besides, have you had a chance to try clearing the cache in Outlook?
Error code 8000000 is usually associated with communication problems between the Outlook client and the Exchange server. Here are some solutions you coul try:
- Set the Outlook client to use the TCP/IP protocol
- Edit system registry to delete the http value
- Enable TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 protocols on the client computer
