I need to update Windows OS to latest version for security reasons, but I need to do it offline.

Update version for 3 servers are 2021-06-17, KB5003638 and KB4535680
Update version for 1 server are 2019-05-02 , KB4493473 and KB4493470

Can I update all servers to latest version of Window immediatly or do i need to do it in steps?

Hello, Yes, you can update all servers to the latest version of Windows immediately. But it is generally recommended to install updates according to the order of their release date. This is because some updates are cumulative and include all the updates that came before them, while others may require earlier updates to be installed first. Installing out of order can sometimes lead to conflicts or failed installations. However, if you are downloading the latest cumulative update, it will contain all the previous updates, and you can install it directly without having to install the previous updates individually. In all cases, it’s always a good idea to refer to the specific KB article on the Microsoft Support website for any specific instructions or requirements for each update. Below information about Windows server 2016 update history and could download the update from Microsoft Update Catalog to install.
