After deleting cookies in my browser, Purview will not load data (shows menus, loads data indefinitely) in the new Portal (working ok in the old one). How do you fix it?

In trying to resolve an error 400 during a connection, I deleted all cookies in my browser. After that, Purview would show menus but data would load indefinitely, in the new portal, which I as using. Tried the old portal and everything is there and working. How do I get Purview to work in the are portal again?

Please correct me if my understanding is wrong. You can only access Purview through the old portal: https://web.purview.azure.com, but not from the new portal.

It seems like your organization has blocked the new portal endpoints. If this is the case, you can’t access the new portal, but you can still access Microsoft Purview through the classic portal by launching the old endpoints through https://web.purview.azure.com.

Hello, I believe the portal is always the same. What I am referring to is the new (vs. the classic) Purview presentation. I can see my data in the classic view, but I cannot see it in the new view, since cookies were cleaned.

From my end, the page is loading fine. It seems the issue is specific to your browser.

Could you please try an in-private browser session?

Thank you! I have now and there is no difference: the same is still happening for me. It does seem specific to my browser but I can't figure how to recover it. It had been working fine until the cookie cleanup.

I have also confirmed with my colleagues that they are able to access the new portal without having any issues.

Could you please check if you have any browser extensions (try disabling them) and see if it resolves the problem?

I am still experience though differently: opened a case with Microsoft support and they recommended to delete my roles and create my profile again. After doing that, I now get the screen shown below when trying to use the New Portal. Now waiting for further feedback on the case.
