I am still experience though differently: opened a case with Microsoft support and they recommended to delete my roles and create my profile again. After doing that, I now get the screen shown below when trying to use the New Portal. Now waiting for further feedback on the case.
After deleting cookies in my browser, Purview will not load data (shows menus, loads data indefinitely) in the new Portal (working ok in the old one). How do you fix it?

In trying to resolve an error 400 during a connection, I deleted all cookies in my browser. After that, Purview would show menus but data would load indefinitely, in the new portal, which I as using. Tried the old portal and everything is there and working. How do I get Purview to work in the are portal again?
