    • Check if the region you are selecting is available for Cosmos DB.

    You can configure your databases to be globally distributed and available in any of the Azure regions

    If the region is available, check if you have the necessary permissions to create a Cosmos DB account. You can refer to the Azure documentation on Azure Cosmos DB permissions and roles to see the required permissions.

    • If you have the necessary permissions, try creating the Cosmos DB account again and select a different region. If the issue persists, you can try creating the account using the Azure portal or Azure CLI.

    I faced same issue with the + Create option from Azure Cosmos DB in All services

    While in the Location list, I have only 2 regions and both gives the same error...

    After I opened new window in my browser (MS Edge), and used the Market place link instead, as you can see from my breadcumb, it worked
