Login problems

Question

I changed my password on my corporate account. After the change, I can no longer access it. An authentication is being resquested by the Authenticator, howerer, when accessing the application, the same authentication is requested. In other words, it doesn´t make sense, as this is the first time I´ve used the application on this account.
