Power Automation Problem Creating an Event

I am trying to make an event automatically through Power Automate and the start and end time comes from a Microsoft form format. The times change as it'd when the person does a time-off. I don't know what to do. Time zone is Pacific Standard Time. I'm getting errors everytime. User's image
