Hitman 3 issue with launching from Xbox app

I have come across an issue trying to launch Hitman 3 from the Xbox app on my PC. It will boot up, get to the title screen, I press enter to start, and will go through it's 'saving, connecting, authenticating' stage before crashing. The errors will go back and forth between 0xc0000005 and 0xc0000374 with the following details:

I have done it all with installing clean dll files, uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as a fresh windows install (which allowed for 4 hours of game time). Just looking for a solution as this began on Sunday (02/18/2024).

same problem using steam or xbox... I think it's CPU compatibility issue
