My computer is unable to establish a remote connection.
This isn't the first time I've connected to a computer remotely, I actually did it last Sunday, and just two days later (I was at the office on Monday and Tuesday), I couldn't connect on Wednesday morning. But you can wait until the evening. (I have tried restarting the computer and clearing the cookies.)

I looked around the web, and in 2019 and 2022 people asked microsoft this question, and they suggested Azure.
I want to know exactly what happened, and how did he recover at night? Such sudden questions affect my office very much.

Are you using Remote Desktop (RDP) to connect to an Azure Virtual Machine or a computer located at your office? It sounds like you are running into an issue at your office. The AADSTS165000 error has many possible causes but is usually related to Office 365. I'm going to update the tags but I might also try the Microsoft 365 forums:
