Skype does not work with javascript error

Hi, after updating Skype to version 8.66.0.74 on win server 2016, an error appears as in the screenshot, reinstalling to the old version does not help.

How can i fix it or i must wait a new release?

What is your product, Skype or Skype for Business?

You can try to use @Кураколов Алексей workaround to see if it works for you.
