Déploiement du MCC, Microsoft Connected Cache

Bonjour Team, Merci pour le guide de déploiement du Microsoft Connected Cache. Je suis Koudoussou OUATTARA, Ingénieur réseaux et système au BFIX, Point d'Echange Internet du Burkina Faso. Nous souhaitons déployer le MCC, suivant ce guide. Cependant suivant les prérequis mentionnes ici, nous rencontrons des difficultés avec la création de la ressource sur le portail Azure comme indiqué dans la capture ci-dessous:User's image
