Automatic provisioning of user to app Microsoft Office 365 failed
A user in Okta has an Office E3 license error message: Automatic provisioning of user to app Microsoft Office 365 failed: Could not push profile for Office 365 user received error: Received response with HTTP status code 403. httpStatusCode=403 errorCode=Authorization_RequestDenied errorMessage="Insufficient privileges to complete the operation.client-request-id=95d2119b-6203-4269-aa6e-b553c292c276 request-id=4569515c-7649-4c22-a937-811393462cbe timestamp='Wed, 21 Feb 2024 22:09:09 GMT' method=POST url=https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/users/8af40874-5737-4f6e-b08b-cf5935b33e5a/microsoft.graph.assignLicense I've unassigned the Office 365 license in Entra ID and made the license assignment in Okta but the error message is still there. I also removed and added the Office 365 license to the user in Okta but still received the same error message. The user has the same Immutable ID in Okta and Entra ID. Even with the Office E3 license error message, the user can access their Exchange email. Any suggestions how to fix this issue?
