How can i make windows 10 to look classic with choice of color scheme?

Hello, i currently have windows 10 but would like it to look more like windows 98 with the options of color scheme and changing font. Ive tried using a classic theme installed and turn on high contrast options on windows 10 but it is not the same thing. Is there a solution for me to continue to use windows 10 only looking like this? Thank you
