Hi @Moore, David By default, users will not be notified of incoming call dialog and notification in DND mode. There are a few possible reasons why you are still receiving calls despite being in Do Not Disturb mode. Here are some of them:
- You may have some contacts in your Priority Access list, which allows them to bypass the Do Not Disturb status and reach you. You can check and manage your Priority Access settings by going to Settings > Privacy > Manage priority access.
- You have not enabled DND on the device that you are using. To enable DND in Teams, click your profile at the top right (or top left in the mobile app) and select Do Not Disturb.
- You may be using a headset that has its own ringtone settings, which may override the Teams settings. You can try to turn off the ringtone from the headset software or change the Secondary Ringer option in Teams to your laptop speakers. Otherwise, there are some possible solutions that you can try:
- Uninstall Teams from your device, then reinstall it.
- Clear the Teams cache from your device.
- If you’re using a VPN to access Teams, turn it off and back on.
- If you’re using the Teams desktop or mobile app, try using the web version: https://teams.microsoft.com/.
Hope the above information is helpful for you!
