On the Azure boot diagnostic screenshot the screenshot is not UpToDate, are this is default and normal behavior? if we see when i capture this the time is 08.46AM but the screenshot shown 07.25AM and last update is 1.43AM UTC which mean 08.43AM local time.User's image

Hi @Handian Sudianto Based on the updated context that the screenshot was captured at 8:43 (1.43 AM UTC), and considering the time discrepancy you've noticed, it seems plausible that the Windows operating system on your Azure virtual machine (VM) might have frozen or become unresponsive at that time. The Boot Diagnostics tool is functioning correctly by capturing the state of the VM at the specified time, but the screenshot displaying an earlier time (07:25 AM) than when you expected (08:46 AM) suggests that the VM's operating system was not updating or progressing beyond the point captured in the screenshot.

you can try to Restart the VM. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve the issue if it's caused by a temporary glitch or system overload.

Get in touch if you need more help with this issue. --please don't forget to "[Accept the answer]" if the reply is helpful--
