Hello, From what you’ve described, it seems like the boot order in your BIOS/UEFI settings might have been changed when you tried to install Chrome OS Flex on your external drive. Here’s what you can do to check this issue: Restart your PC, and immediately after the PC starts (before the Chrome OS or Windows logo appears), press the key to enter BIOS/UEFI settings. The key varies depending on the PC manufacturer, but it’s usually one of the following: F1, F2, F10, F12, Delete, or Esc. Once you’re in the BIOS/UEFI settings, navigate to the boot order settings. look for a section named ‘Boot’, ‘Boot Options’, or ‘Boot Order.’ Change the boot order so that your internal hard drive (where Windows 10 is installed) is the first in the boot order, and the external drive (where Chrome OS Flex is installed) is after the internal drive. Save the changes and exit the BIOS/UEFI settings. Your PC should now boot into Windows 10. If you’re still getting the error, you might need to repair the EFI bootloader. You can do this using a Windows 10 installation media and the Command Prompt: Boot your PC using the Windows 10 installation media. On the Windows Setup screen, select your language, time and currency format, and keyboard input method, and then click ‘Next’. Click ‘Repair your computer’. Select ‘Troubleshoot’ > ‘Advanced options’ > ‘Command Prompt’. In the Command Prompt, enter the following commands one by one: bootrec /fixmbr bootrec /fixboot bootrec /scanos bootrec /rebuildbcd After entering the commands, close the Command Prompt and restart your PC. Best Regards, Hania Lian
