Windows server 2019 STD is freezing every 5 minutes

Our Windows server 2019 STD with remote services and access given for the 25 members is randomly freezing every 5 mins. This happens to some of the users who are accessing the remote server using their personal device. Restarting the server fixes the issue, but it happens again the following month. Can you please suggest where to look for the problem and how to resolve it? Thank you, Arun Kannan
