Hi,
Our team is using Whisper and ChatGPT as vital features in our platform. Today, we've been receiving a 503 HTTP status error while using the OpenAI API.
We also use Azure Status to confirm whether there's an issue in the West Europe region. However, it specifies that it is in good condition.

If that is the case, does that mean that the Azure service health is inaccurate? If not, how often does this happen so we could implement a workaround?
Is there also an uptime report that we could see? Thanks.
The error message was "The service is temporarily unable to process your request. Please try again later.". This issue happened today around 7 PM PH time.

I haven't found any known issues in the region for specified model.
503 is a generic error message that can occur for various reasons, including network connectivity issues, server overload, or maintenance activities.
Since if it was working earlier and now you are seeing this issue, could be a transient failure. Please retry again after some and see if that solves the issue.

Sorry for getting back late. Just to clarify, since I was only using my local PC to call an API, you mentioned that it could also be a network connectivity issue. Does that mean my internet is unstable? I am somewhat hesitant because if it's a transient issue, it lasts around an hour approximately. I am worried if this would occur in a live environment.
You also mentioned that you haven't found any issues in the region. Are you using some kind of report that is available for public use? If yes, could you please provide it? Thanks!
