ADK/WinPE: Error 0xc1510114 during adding packages to the image

I am building WinPE image with ADK/WinPE toolset. After mounting an image (dism /Mount-Image command) I execute add package command (dism /add-package). Everything works if I run this sequence of commands from one command line window. dism /add-package command always fail when run it from another command line window. The 0xc1510114 error means "The image needs to be remounted before any servicing operation". Remount image does not help, it fails too. This is the latest ADK (10.0.25398.1) issue, the previous ADK works without any error when executing dism commands from different processes.

    Hi,

    if you use last adk for windows 11, you must still use the same session (environment deployment shortcut).

    Use remount command to your image (still use the same session of environment) and add your drivers and commit your modified image.
