Hi, Im encountering a problem by rescheduling my exam. I logged in with my personal account to reschedule my exam (before 24 hours) , after that Microsoft asked me if i wanted to merge my business account with it, so i did that. Now it keeps failing and then when I retry it's stuck for hours in "Merging in progress. It may take several minutes to complete. After that i don't see my exam anymore and i can't re schedule it anymore on my business account ...... Please help. I need to reschedule my exam due to personal reasons..
