    Hi,

In this instance you need to contact the local Bank and get your account reset, the AUth App is working fine just your account will require a reset by looks of it in the Tenant or app side.

    Hope this helps. JS

    Hello,

I understand your concern regarding the Microsoft Authenticator App and Uni Corporation Financial Bank's two-factor authentication process. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

    1. Ensure You're Using the Correct App: Make sure you're using the Microsoft Authenticator App and that it's updated to the latest version.

    2. Reset Your Keys:

    Open the Microsoft Authenticator App.

Locate the entry related to Uni Corporation Financial within the app.

Try to regenerate or reset your keys. This usually involves deleting the existing entry and re-adding your account.

    3. Contact Bank Support: If the above steps don't resolve the issue, it's recommended to directly contact Uni Corporation Financial's customer support. They can provide more specific guidance and help you resolve the key mismatch.

    4. Check Other Factors: Ensure that your device's time settings are correct, as any time discrepancy can affect the validity of verification codes.

    5. Avoid Frequent Retries: If you attempt to enter incorrect codes multiple times, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait for a while before trying again.
