I am in Saudi Arabia, but when I choose Dubai as the region when creating a server, I cannot find it. What is the reason, and my account is free?

Hi @Reham Al-zeer ,

the display name of the Azure region in Dubai should be UAE North.

If you want to check if the Azure Subscription is a Free Trial navigate to Subscription in the Azure Portal and check the Offer ID. If the Offer id is 0044P and the Offer name is Free Trial it's a "free account".
