Why enviorounment variable is not working

I have added environment variable is not working. I have tried to add path correctly, but seems packer installed, Please see below screenshots. User's image

    Hi,

    After modifying the environment variables, did you open up a new powershell window so that the changes would be included in the process? If not please close the powershell window, open a new one, and test again.

    You can check current environment variables using below PS command: 

    dir env:
