    Hello @Eden-Martin ,

If you can't sync files from your computer to OneDrive, or if the sync is too slow, the following steps will guide you through the possible solutions.

1.Make sure you have the latest Windows updates and the latest version of OneDrive.
It’s recommended to check Windows update manually. Go to Control Panel > System & Security > Windows Update

    2.Check the File Path/name
The entire path, including the file name, must contain fewer than 255 characters. You can try to make the file name shorter and avoid having too many subfolders.
    Note:
OneDrive doesn’t support certain characters in a file name, please avoid these characters to prevent sync problems.

3.Ensure the Size of the File
Make sure your file is below the OneDrive file size limit of 100 GB.

You could refer to the following articles to fix OneDrive sync to Windows problems:

    Thanks,
    Echo Du

You should avoid #2, Authentication timeout is a known issue there.

For #1, You can try enabling Files on Demand from Settings and then for selected File(s) and Folder(s), use Always keep on this device.
