Hi,

We have a critical application hosted on Server 2003 on a VM, Vmware platform (Yes, I know, it should have been migrated to a new platform a long time ago).

We are in the process of completing a project to replace the system with a more current system. In the meantime, we recently had a crash on the 8th Nov.

I was hoping someone would be able to determine the root cause of the crash per the dmp file created after the crash. If anyone feels they may be able to assist me please reach out via email to

I would attach the dmp file but it is not an allowed extension here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated in determining root cause of this crash.

Many thanks in advance to anyone who can assist.

Best regards,
Josh.

    Hi,
Please understand that posting personal information in public forums are not suggested. Your personal email address will be removed from your post.

Please note that support for Windows Server 2003 has ended, we suggest you migrate to the supported versions based on this Overview of Windows Server upgrades: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/upgrade/upgrade-overview

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

    Best regards.
