Hello I am a user of Nvidia Quadro Virtual Workstation to Virtual Machine on Microsoft Azure.
I conduct remote visualization studies. The software I use; Autodesk 3ds max.

On the remote desktop, I can't find the interface for an active setup to get the resolution "4k" I want from the Nvdia Control Panel.

If you only have help, video and user manual on this topic, I would appreciate it if you could share.

By the way, the monitor I use in the connection is 24 Inch Dell.

Hi, please ensure you have the latest Nvidia driver installed on the VM from Azure:

As for configuring the display have you tried using the Windows settings app? Are you connecting directly to the VM with RDP or connecting via WVD? Is your session in full screen on a 4K display? Looking forward to seeing your answer.

    Thanks Winston,

The latest versions of the drivers you mentioned are installed. I am sure of this and once again confirmed it.

The settings are not visible in the Windows settings application either. Screen shot below.

I'm connecting directly to the VM with RDP.

The screen I'm connecting to is not Session 4K. The current resolution of the screen I link to is 1920x1200 px.

    Thanks for your help now.39042-azure2.jpg

Since your using the RDP Client, If you set the local resolution of your host machine to 4k and then start a RDP session in fullscreen the RDP client will set the resolution to be 4k so it matches the resolution on your local machine.
