Failed to serialize analyze results, please contact support

I am using F0 and S0 of Document intelligence in Azure. After parsing a PDF on Document Intelligence Studio. I get an error like the one written in the title. I tried changing the service resource and thought it might be an API limit, so I waited for a while, but it didn't improve. I am aware that there are similar questions, but I am in trouble and need support. FailedToSerializeAnalyzeResult Failed to serialize analyze results, please contact support.

    This might be due to the failures in the document parsing and analysis that could result in this error. The format or content of the document is primarily to blame. Could you see if a document that passed earlier still functions properly in order to debug it?

    you could use the Azure portal to open a support case and send the information to the support staff for additional analysis.
