Issue with reschedule exam

Hello I have registered for exam but somehow my camera wasn’t working and couldn’t attempt the exam I tried rescheduling the exam also but couldn’t do so not getting link or option in certification option also I can’t see that I bought any exam in Microsoft please advice how can I reschedule the exam my id is
