MCID mismatch with my Learn Profile

I have given Microsoft Azure Data fundamentals(Dp-900) exam on 25th Feb, 24 via Pearson OnVue with my Certification Profile(MCID: 993830366) and I passed the exam but when I received the Congratulations mail from Microsoft, on that, the mentioned MCID was something else from mine, it is given as MCID: 996262909, so for this reason I can not see my Certification on my Profile. Hereby I have attached Screenshots of my Learn profile and Congratulations mail. I am requesting you to please help me out on this matter.Screenshot (154)
