Hi @Areeb,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on the screenshot provided, it's evident that you are encountering difficulties related to invalid credentials.
To address this matter, kindly take the following steps:
- Firstly, please log out from all Microsoft accounts currently active in your browser. Subsequently, try to sign in using your Learn ID.
- Alternatively, you can try accessing your Learn account by opening a new incognito or private browsing window.
3.It would be helpful if you could specify whether you are logging into the learn path and sandbox with a personal Microsoft account (outlook.com) or a work/school account.
4.If you are using your work/school account, authentication and authorization are defined by your IT admin and hence won't allow you to activate free sandboxes (unless you are on the approved list). Kindly contact your organizational admin team to grant you access.
5.Try using your personal Microsoft account and check. Create a new free Microsoft account if you don't have one yet.
NOTE: If you encounter any access-related challenges, I recommend reaching out to the administrator team for assistance. They possess the necessary permissions and expertise to address and resolve access-related concerns effectively.
