email account no longer enabled

Hello,

I have my work account but it is going to be disable in few weeks, what happen with this current account? can it be migrated to other account? or how can i avoid to loose the learning path already achieved?

    Thanks DSPatrick, i was able to find the link (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/support/troubleshooting#user-content-account-linking) which provide the solution, however, in the mentioned part "Linking a personal or work email." it says if you find a trouble you need to delete the profile. My doubt is if i delete it, will i loose my badges/trainings already completed in that account/profile?
