Team, Any help here. I have been facing challenge doing the autopilot image since the motherboard of a dell laptop got replaced.

Thank you for your response and follow up. As i mentioned in the topic subject, Dell laptop recently got replaced with motherboard and stuck with below error code while doing OOBE deploy.) I checked with my tech team, they shared some knowledgebase (https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000132036/replacement-hardware-bound-to-windows-autopilot) which involves Dell and sometimes Microsoft to get device removed from wrong tenant. Please advise the right process to make things easier. Thank you in advance for your valuable response.

Based on my researching, the error 808 means the device you are trying to add is already linked to another part of the system, either in your company or in Microsoft’s online store. You can quickly fix this error by removing any existing device records. Once the old record is deleted, you can add the device without issues.
