Since we can't reproduce your situation, we need to narrow down the problem and try some things.
- Please try manually adding an item from excel to the list and then see if the problem persists. If the manual addition is successful, please see if there is a problem with the stream.
- If you have problems adding manually, please check if there is a URL link column in the data you are adding. Sometimes this link can cause problems with illegal values. Please try leaving the column unfilled to see if the problem persists.
- Please check that the value of each column matches the type of the column. For example, uploading a string in a number column can also cause this problem.
- Are other users with permissions facing the same problem? View through another computer or account.
- Whether other SharePoint lists have the same problem? You could create a new SharePoint list to check.
- Check if the same issue occurs with other SharePoint site collections.
